Description of the innovation projectThe SAVE project, approved by the Ministry of Education with DM625/Ric as part of Smart Cities Convergence Areas, aims to solve a number of problems that lead to the serious waste of food resources in our country and in other industrialised countries. It tries to create an intelligent system for the environmental, social and economic sustainability of the food chain through the energy recovery of organic waste production, waste reduction and the alternative use of residual waste as products for the livestock and food industry.
